Cancer is the other name of terror in the twenty-first century. It is not possible to guess who will be the cancer victim. Primarily the pollution, food habit, undisciplined lifestyles, etc are the reason behind cancer attack. Several organs of our body can be attacked by cancer.
Cervical cancer is considered the most dangerous and threatening cancers when compared to other organic cancers. The main reason to consider it the most dangerous is the early warning signs and symptoms of cervical cancer. The prime victims of cervical cancer are women who cannot identify the symptoms at the early stage which results in the delay of the treatment process.

Abnormal Vaginal Bleeding
The most common sign of cervical cancer is abnormal vaginal bleeding that occurs once the cancer has spread to nearby tissue. It is advisable to see the doctor without much delay if you see bleeding between menstrual cycles, heavier longer menstrual bleeding, bleeding after sexual intercourse, bleeding after pelvic exam, bleeding after menopause and bleeding causing in anemia that can further lead to dizziness and fatigue.
Vaginal Discharge with Foul Odor
If cervical cancer lacks oxygen, some cells die off and infect the tumor. This infection generates vaginal discharge with a foul odor. The discharge is pale, brown or mixed with blood.
Pain During Intercourse
Women may experience some form of pain when engaging in sexual intercourse with their partner. This is due to tumor growth through the reproductive organs and tissues.
Lower Back, Pelvic, Appendix Pain
Such pains can be linked to issues with reproductive organs like the cervix. Pelvic is another sign of cancer and does not occur the cancer is in its advanced stages. There will be other red flags for cervical cancer before the pelvic pain sets in.
Leg Pain
As cervical cancer reaches its advanced stages, it may create pressure on the nerves in the pelvic wall that results in leg pain and sometimes swelling. This is a major symptom of cervical cancer.
Unexplained Weight loss or Loss of appetite
Like with many other cancers, cervical cancer results in sudden and unexplained loss of appetite or weight loss. Regardless of how much food you consume, weight loss continues to be an issue with women suffering from cervical cancer.
Other causes of cervical cancer include
Cervical cancer more prevalent among the middle ages than younger people. The American Cancer Society stated that up to 13,000 new cancer cases were diagnosed in 2017 with just over 4,200 women who died suffered from cervical cancer. This sort of cancer is one of the most preventable cancers in women. Therefore, the death rate from cervical cancer has reduced to more than 50% over the last four decades as a result of Pap Test and HPV vaccination.
